How the rebate works
When you use the services of a licensed Realtor to assist in the purchase of an MLS-listed home, (and nearly all of the homes for sale in the Twin Cities are listed on the MLS), your agent's fee is paid by the seller. This means that, whether you use a buyer's agent or not, you'll pay the same amount. When you use the typical buyer's agent, you'll receive valuable assistance at no charge. When you use a Metro Home Connection Realtor, you'll receive valuable assistance at no charge, PLUS you'll also receive a cash rebate equal to 1% of your home's purchase price. Why would you use anybody else?
How can we do this?
Our fee is paid by the seller. After closing, we receive a commission which is typically around 2.7% of the purchase price of the home. We're simply able and willing to take a large portion of this commission and hand it over to you, our client. It's as simple as that. Aren't you glad you found us?
